Our baking range includes Baking Powder & Soda; Barley Flakes, Biscuit Crumbs, Flours (Buckwheat, Corn, Wheat, Rice), Choc Budlets, Buttons & Chips, Cocoa, Golden Syrup, Lecithin, Milk Powder, Muesli, Tapioca, Salt, Sugar and Yeast.

We sell a large volume of sugar, which is extracted from the sugar cane or the sugar beat. New Zealand produces no sugar, sugar cane is sometimes refined into sugar products here. Sugar is sourced from various locations in the world, including Australia, Malaysia and Europe.
