Our range of liquids includes Canola Oil, Honey, Olive Oil, Soya Oil and a selection of Vinegars.

Oil, vinegar and honey forms a small part of our range, and complements other products, especially to restaurants and manufacturers. Our biggest volume product in this area is Spanish Olive Oil, in various grades from Pomace to Extra Virgin.

The quality of an oil is reflected in it's price. The highest quality are referred to as "Extra Virgen", and the oil has been extracted soley by pressure. No chemicals or heat are used in the process. The cheapest oils, on the other hand, are usually referred to as "pomace" and use a combination of chemicals, heat and/or pressure to extract the oil.
